Number 25: Jumper

Yeah. That’s right. Thought you was gonna see a jumper, didn’ ya? But you wrongskies. This one is not so much a personal joke as a common occurrence when there is even the slightest change in the weather. When it gets cold, Jenny shakes. When Jenny shakes, the whole world stops… well…not the whole world, I mean…you know, she gets cold, but…mumble… here’s a quote.
Everyone: “Where’s your jumper, Jenny?”
Bron: “It’s in her f*cking bag”

Number 24: Scary Mitch

It all started back in year 9 music, when I found an extraordinary Jazz book. I sat myself down at the piano and started studying it thoroughly. This of course was the perfect opportunity for the good-humoured Mitch to sneak up on me and clash cymbals next to my ear. For this, I pushed him from his chair. Apparently that happens to him a lot… Anyway it continued at Liza’s party where he randomly appeared below the trampoline and other such places. Nothing like a lanky guy with a big grin on his face popping out of nowhere to give your wits a good turn.

Number 23: Liza's Dream

“I always have weird dreams”. Liza contemplated her emotional existence whilst in her slumber. Ok, now to the explanation. At Liza’s birthday party she was explaining one of her dreams to everyone. It went a little like this: Pete was getting married to a woman whose face was blocked from sight. Mitch, Liza and I made up the band – Liza who had forgotten her violin was miming to the music, whispering “Do you think anyone will notice?”. I was playing my new keyboard and Mitch was guitaring away on his “Gretsch Power Tenny” like a zombie.

This all took place on a beach, upon the steps of a bungalow, with additional features of a flaming hut in the distance and an emo, who, after being offended at something or rather, was told: “Don’t go; we like your crustaceans.”

Number 22: Denzel

Assuming you’ve had the experience of being obsessed with something, take that emotion and multiply it by a few thousand times. Then you might come close to understanding the feelings that Jake and Pete had for Denzel Washington after seeing the film American Gangster.

Number 21: Apple

Now, what should one resort to when one is experiencing a lack of entertainment? That’s right! Invent a new game by taking a noun and a verb and carrying out the results. Note: Remember to create a theme song. Crucial requirement.
Example: NOUN – Apple VERB – Chuck
*THEME SONG – “Don’t drop the Ap-ple BADADADA
If you drop the ap-ple YOU WILL DIE”
*Thanks to Liza and Jenny for the game, and Erin for the lyrics.
